About the Role:
As our Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring high-quality care, compliance, and a culture of teamwork. You will: Lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals. Drive operational success by managing budgets, staffing, and resident care initiatives. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including QIS survey processes and the 5-star rating system. Enhance reputation through strategic marketing and community outreach.
Who You Are:
We are looking for a proven leader who brings: A current Nursing Home Administrator license in the appropriate state. A four-year degree in a relevant field. Demonstrated leadership & supervisory skills in a healthcare setting. Strong financial acumen and marketing expertise. 5 years of experience as an Administrator in long-term care (highly preferred).
