Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of human resources within the facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Handle employee relations , conflict resolution, and workplace investigations, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
Facilitate the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new employees.
Ensure proper administration of payroll, benefits, and leave policies in collaboration with corporate HR.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures .
Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters , including performance management and disciplinary actions.
Lead training and development programs to support employee growth and engagement.
Promote a culture of safety, respect, and compliance within the workplace.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3 years of HR management experience , preferably in healthcare, skilled nursing, or a similar setting. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices . Experience in recruiting, employee relations, and compliance . Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills . Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment . Passion for creating a positive workplace culture and supporting employee success.
