Avante at St. Cloud is seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant to maintain the grounds, facility interior and exterior, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, to ensure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Completion of high school education or equivalency or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
Must speak and understand English.
Positive attitude toward the elderly.
Education and Experience:
Completion of High School
2-4 years' experience in related field
