About the Role
Avante at Jacksonville Beach seeks a highly skilled and experienced Certified Dining Services Manager to oversee the daily operation of our Dining Services Department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality nutritional services to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of the Dining Services Department in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the Dining Services Department.
- Ensure quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis.
- Supervise and train staff to meet departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification or in training to complete the requirements.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a food service environment.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
