POSITION SUMMARY
The Infrastructure Engineer supports the AG client. Providing critical expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise infrastructure systems. This role focuses on performance, reliability, and compliance within a secure government environment. It is a full-time position conducted on-site and/or remotely as needed based on client requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· • Coordinate the planning, design, and installation of infrastructure equipment using advanced engineering and programming knowledge.
· • Participate in conceptual system design and prepare detailed documentation of design concepts.
· • Install new hardware, systems, and software within a secure network environment.
· • Design and build network services, devices, and infrastructure equipment.
· • Generate and maintain system-level requirements, verification procedures, and customer acceptance testing protocols.
· • Monitor and analyze system performance, implementing tuning and optimization as needed.
· • Review and validate test plans and procedures, ensuring alignment with contractual and technical requirements.
· • Provide hands-on support across NetBackup, VMware, Oracle, and Hitachi HicOo storage systems.
· • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues and support ongoing projects.
