Essential Job Functions
- Manage HRIS, I-9 system, and others ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality
- Promote and foster a fun and engaging work environment; raise awareness of available programs to assist employees
- Support effective leader and employee communications
- Able to identify high-risk concerns and issues - escalate major issues as appropriate
- Support measurement of productivity and addressing of productivity issues
- Implement emergency response plans with appropriate leaders
- Assist with benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefit-related questions
- Work with leaders on workforce planning, including position control/review; aligning with a budget, productivity metrics, succession planting, etc.
- Own applicable employee leaves of absence/return to work administration at the facility level
- Support and ensure proper utilization/adherence of HR policies and processes
- Help leaders and employees adapt to changing environments, growth, and direction
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy
- Counsel managers and employees on situational issues; resolve employee conflicts, ethics, or compliance investigations
- Maintain professionalism, excellent customer service, and integrity through employee and customer requests and interactions
- Prepare/coordinate events e.g. holiday celebrations, employee recognition events, service awards, community support
- Deploy performance management/appraisal program tools and processes. Includes training, coaching, participating in assigning ratings, feedback sessions, and developing performance improvement plans
- Assist the Operations Manager in miscellaneous tasks such as building maintenance issues, supply orders, and other administrative tasks that periodically arise
- Partner with leaders to uphold all compliance standards
- Participate in recruiting, and filling positions in Operations as well as other departments

- 3 years of professional HR experience
- Strong employee relations background
- Manufacturing or call center experience
- Undergraduate college degree required
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Exceptionally organized with task and time management
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate professionally both written and verbal
- Effectively solve problems
