Compensation:$17 Plus tips
Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with speed and accuracy.
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Keep the coffee bar and workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Assist with cash handling, order taking, and processing transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to support daily operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Previous barista experience in a high-volume café, restaurant, or coffee shop preferred.
- Strong knowledge of espresso, milk steaming, and coffee preparation techniques.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
