We are seeking a motivated and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization, data analysis, and systems design to improve the efficiency of our operations. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the manufacturing processes, ensuring that resources are used efficiently, and contributing to the overall improvement of the production environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies, focusing on reducing waste, optimizing workflows, and improving resource utilization.
- Perform time studies and process simulations to assess production rates, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas of improvement, troubleshooting inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
- Design and optimize layouts, workflow, and processes within manufacturing facilities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and improve product assembly methods, tools, and equipment.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes and ensure compliance.
- Conduct capacity analysis and plan for future production needs based on growth projections.
- Utilize statistical methods to analyze production data and create reports on process performance, efficiency, and product quality.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure adherence to safety standards and industry regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on efficient work practices and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with management to set and monitor performance metrics, including production targets, quality standards, and cost control objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in an industrial engineering or process improvement role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of production systems, time and motion studies, and capacity planning.
- Experience with process simulation software and data analysis tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement practical solutions.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing.

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
