Avanti Restaurant Solutions, a successful, privately held, $75M company, is looking for a Foodservice Design Manager. Responsible for working within a collaborative team, a Foodservice Design Manager’s duties and responsibilities are intended to support the design efforts of the in-house design build department on a wide variety of projects.

• Effectively translate client intentions and expectations into working kitchen designs
• 4 years of food service design experience
• Knowledge of all aspects of the kitchen with attention to operational flow, field constructability, equipment specification, plumbing and electrical construction, health codes, etc.
• Knowledge of all components of kitchen design including kitchen equipment, custom fabrication, exhaust ventilation systems, refrigeration, beverage distribution systems, etc.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to collaborate with both internal team and external customers in a highly professional manner
• Organized and detailed oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced growing department

Day to Day Responsibilities :

The is a full-time, exempt position. Compensation : $85,000 - $130,000
