What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Legal Assistant position at Avanti Staffing?
We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of corporate legal assistance experience.
You will assist with reading court dockets, analyzing cases for status or final disposition. Candidates should have strong MS Office skills and type at least 55 wpm.
Additional experience filing Corporate / LLC, Business Filings, Annual Reports, UCC, Tax Lien, and judgement searching would be a big plus!
The ideal candidate will be deadline driven and work well independently. A four year degree is highly desired.
