Location : Palm Beach and surrounding counties - Martin and St. Lucie (reporting to Office)
Job Type : Full-Time
Salary / Hourly Pay : Competitive Pay; Hourly range of $20 / Hr - $40 / Hr based on experience plus commissions / bonus. (Top Techs earn $100K )
Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential HVAC Technician to join our client’s team in Palm Beach County, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential homes.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems.
- Provide recommendations for improving system performance and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and education to the customer base.
