Job Title : Residential Plumber
Location : Fort Myers and surrounding counties (reporting to Office)
Job Type : Full-Time
Salary / Hourly Pay : Competitive Pay; Hourly range of $20 / Hr - $35 / Hr based on experience plus commissions / bonus
Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced service, re-piping and new construction technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, with a focus on re-piping, service and new construction projects in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential homes.
- Perform repiping projects, including removing old pipes and installing new ones.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
- Provide recommendations for improving plumbing system performance and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and education to the customer base
