Avanti Wellness Austin, LLC is looking for Wellness Manager to join our DRIPBaR team for our Domain Austin, Texas location.
*This position is part-time. Applicants should be flexible and able to commit to Weekdays and Weekends, Monday - Saturday: 10:00AM - 6:00PM, and Sundays: 10:00AM - 4:00PM*

As a Wellness Manager, your role is to take ownership of your location in an exciting and purposeful way! You will be serving the DRIPBaR San Antonio Community through 3 different wellness categories; Vitamin IV Infusion, Aesthetics, and Recovery Wellness. This is a guest services and sales position. This role is perfect if you are looking to grow within the health and wellness industry through sales.

What You'll Be Doing:
Placing outbound calls to leads and engaging leads in conversation about our offerings. Welcoming guests, members, and assisting in setting up equipment for appointments. Working alongside our registered nurses who will provide consultation for our members and guests.
Using your strong communication skills to build a rapport with potential clients and members signed up to create events and raise awareness of our brand and offers. Working with our nurses to create a wellness program individualized for the client to get them the best results.
Job Types: Part-Time, Weekend availability required.
Hourly: From $23 - $25 per hour PLUS daily commissions and monthly incentives.
Requirements:- Strong and exceptional sales experience.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to work effectively with a variety of people.
- Ability to warmly greet and assist members and guests.
- Ability to understand client needs through empathy and value assessment as well as operate our point of sale.
- Ability to work independently.
- The ability to offer suggestions for IVs or supplements based on what the client is telling you.
- Take initiative to solve problems independently and creatively.
- Strategically manage time.
- Must be available weekends.
- Multitask and quickly shift tasks to complete a variety of menial duties without letting anything fall through the cracks.
- Maintain composure when things go wrong.
- Be prompt and prepared at all times.
- Work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist Medical and Professional staff when necessary, taking on any additional duties assigned.
- Position will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
