Compensation : Salary Range $75k-$100k with Bonus Potential

Role Overview

The Wealth Management Professional - Vice President will work closely with advisors to support the delivery of holistic private wealth management advice by ensuring flawless execution of financial plans, account opening, execute trades, oversee liquidity management, and coordinate family office services, empowering families to achieve their wealth's full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce financial plans, maintain the client portal, and generate client reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage account opening, asset transfers, and money movement with 100% accuracy and within specified timeframes.
  • Address client requests and inquiries promptly, ensuring a response time of less than 24 hours for non-urgent matters and same-day resolution for urgent issues.
  • Maintain a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50 or higher.
  • Complete at least 25 hours of firm-approved continuing education annually to maintain and enhance professional skills.

  • Ensures all work is accurate and thorough, particularly when managing financial data and reports.
  • Effectively prioritizes and manages multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Expert in the firm’s wealth management technology including Schwab Advisor Center, Libretto, Addepar, and Salesforce. Highly proficient in other assigned systems such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, and others as may arise from time to time.
  • Understands compliance requirements and promotes a culture of compliance.
  • Expert in financial planning, lending, markets, economics, and investment products. Good understanding of tax, trusts, and estate planning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to understanding and meeting client needs.
  • Works well with lead advisors and other team members, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
