This role involves supporting the reseller channel's administrative functions, qualifying deal registrations, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes in CRM software. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in closing business-to-business sales.
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities.
- Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time using CRM Deals.
- Respond to customer needs through professional telephone-based communication.
- Identify up-selling opportunities by asking insightful questions.
- Record key customer data accurately and consistently.
- Proactively manage leads and opportunities.
- Able to accurately use the rate card/price calculator.
Requirements:
