Role Overview
This position supports the reseller channel's administrative functions by qualifying deal registrations and maintaining accurate records of interactions, activities, and outcomes in CRM software. We're looking for an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in closing business-to-business sales.
Responsibilities:
- Research using CRM, internal data, and the internet to identify new business opportunities.
- Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time using CRM Deals.
- Provide professional telephone-based communication and respond to customer needs.
- Identify up-selling opportunities by asking thoughtful questions.
- Accurately record key customer data and maintain consistent records.
- Proactively manage leads and opportunities.
- Utilize the rate card/price calculator accurately.
Qualifications:
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a business development environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
