Job Description : Avantis Resources is seeking an International Estate Planning Associate or Senior Associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join a distinguished legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cross-border tax planning , advising both U.S. and non-U.S. clients on wealth management structures that address multi-jurisdictional tax and legal considerations. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex international estate planning matters within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Advise clients on foreign trusts , pre-immigration and expatriation planning , and strategies for purchasing U.S. property by non-U.S. persons .
- Ensure compliance with tax and reporting obligations for clients with interests in foreign accounts, corporations, and trusts.
- Develop and implement wealth management structures accommodating multi-jurisdictional tax and legal considerations.
- Collaborate with clients and other professionals to develop tailored wealth preservation strategies.
- Stay current on evolving international estate planning laws and tax regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
