The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate transactions , including acquisitions , dispositions , financings , joint ventures , and leasing . This role offers the opportunity to work on complex real estate matters within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and execute commercial real estate transactions , including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and financing documents.
- Conduct and oversee due diligence processes, including title and survey reviews, and coordinate with title companies and surveyors.
- Advise clients on real estate development projects , including zoning and land use matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, corporate, and environmental specialists, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Stay current on evolving real estate laws and regulations to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
