Job Description : Avantis Resources is seeking a mid to senior-level Real Estate Construction Associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join a dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts related to real estate development , with a focus on construction, design, and development agreements . This role offers the opportunity to work on complex real estate construction matters within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review, draft, and negotiate construction contracts , design agreements , and other related documents for real estate development projects.
- Advise clients on risk management , compliance , and regulatory issues pertaining to construction and development.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes.
- Conduct and oversee due diligence processes related to construction and development projects.
- Stay current on evolving construction laws , building codes , and industry standards to provide clients with up-to-date advice.

Admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility for admission). Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in real estate construction law, preferably within a large law firm or reputable boutique firm. Fluency in Spanish is a plus but is not required.
