The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions , private equity transactions , venture capital financing , and general corporate matters . Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and execute mergers and acquisitions , private equity transactions , and venture capital financings , including drafting and negotiating relevant agreements.
- Advise clients on corporate governance , regulatory compliance , and securities law matters.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective transactional strategies .
- Conduct and oversee due diligence processes, identifying potential risks and advising clients accordingly.
- Stay current on evolving corporate laws and regulations to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
