Key Responsibilities :
- Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation , including case management, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, and motions with precision and strong attention to detail.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal strategies for clients.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitration, and trials .
- Work closely with senior attorneys and partners to develop and execute effective defense strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance law, regulations, and emerging legal trends .
