**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Process/Validation Engineer to optimize our biopharma production processes. In this role, you will work on multiple phases of manufacturing processes, including process improvement projects. Your primary focus will be on implementing process improvements to meet quality standards, designing and conducting feasibility studies, and solving problems.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement process improvements to meet quality standards
- Conduct feasibility studies and solve problems
- Develop and execute validation protocols for new and in-use equipment and processes
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree
- Lean manufacturing and process experience preferred
- Green Belt certification in Six Sigma process improvement methods preferred
- Advanced software application skills, including collaboration tools (MS Office Suite)
