About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Maintenance and Reliability professional to join our team as a Site Operations Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the repair and maintenance of our site's infrastructure, including manufacturing, utilities, distribution, and wastewater treatment.

- Manage contracts for maintenance and repairs, including creating scopes of work, obtaining bids, and ensuring timely completion.
