Join Our Team : Manufacturing Operations Manager
At Avantor, we are seeking a committed and knowledgeable Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our daily plant operations. This role is essential to overseeing production, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving process enhancements that foster safety, quality, and productivity. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be accountable for production output, product quality, and timely shipping.
Key Qualifications :
- Education : A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field is preferred.
- Experience : A minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role, or a combined equivalent of education and experience.
- Specialized Skills : Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) is required.
- Industry Experience : Experience within the Pharma, Food, or Chemical industries is beneficial.
- Maintenance Skills : Experience in maintenance leadership is preferred.

This position requires a combination of office work and time on the manufacturing floor. The work environment is typically well-lit, ventilated, and maintains a comfortable temperature with standard noise levels.
