What We’re Looking For
Minimum Education Requirement
- Highschool/ GED
Required (1 yrs):
- Quality engineering and or quality assurance
- Conducting root cause analysis investigation
- Performing risk assessments and evaluations to identify appropriate corrective action
- Supporting customer complaints & CAPA management
- Using quality engineering tools and techniques to develop, align and optimize systems and processes
- Initiating methods and procedures for supporting the quality management system
- Supporting service provider qualification and monitoring
- Business level written and oral communication skills
- Collaboration tool experience (IE: MS Office)
- Reading, understanding and following procedures
- Medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Audit support
- Escalating non-conforming material issues according to established procedures.
- QMS/ ERP systems
- Supporting a calibration program
- Supporting an environmental monitoring program
- GMP knowledge
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Standard
- Analytical/ mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Participating in/ supporting tiered daily management

- Supporting investigations and driving impactful changes
- Utilization and management of the electronic Quality Management System
- Implementing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.
- Conducting quality assurance tests and performing statistical analysis to assess the level of control and manage product quality risks.
