Reliability and Maintenance Supervisor

The Opportunity :

This is a leadership position, as Supervisor of the Reliability and Maintenance department, specifically focused on maintenance and reliability of the equipment and facilities. Primary job functions include :

• Oversee team of Maintenance Technicians, Mechanic, and Planner in executing planned maintenance on equipment and machinery in a chemical operations environment
• Maintenance and Reliability program development and implementation to enhance the capabilities of the Engineering group, promoting a more proactive than reactive culture
• Troubleshooting and repairing of down equipment, leading groups of mechanics and engineers and proving technical expertise and support
• Reliability and maintainability assessments of projects to support other groups / engineers
• Preventative maintenance writing and scheduling
• Other documentation activities including Installation / Operational Qualification, Equipment Operating Procedures, Work Instructions (LOTO, Preventative Maintenance), safety training
• Involvement in equipment PSM, including Process Hazard Analysis, Process Safety Information, and Mechanical Integrity
