Recent projects of ours include operating the Avanza FC residency program in Barcelona, Camps and Academy operations in the USA, Canada, China and Australia. Currently we organize & deliver Camps & Clinics in the USA from our partners: The Real Madrid Foundation and Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy.
THE POSITION: Real Madrid Foundation Local Coach
Avanza Sports is seeking a motivated, outgoing and dedicated candidate to become an integral part of our Real Madrid Foundation team. You will be vital implementing on the field the methodology and training sessions of Real Madrid defined by the Real Madrid Foundation technical director.
Successful candidates assist the traveling staff with everything in regard to the technical part of the camp. The traveling team will consist of Camp Director, Field Coordinator, 3 Real Madrid Technical Directors, Head Coaches, Local Coaches, and Physical Trainers.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Proactive and motivated individual with high passion about soccer.
- Ability to work with kids.
- Leadership and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is an asset but not required).
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working as a soccer coach or with children in a camp environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Including, but not limited to):
- Follow the guidelines of the Real Madrid Technical Director to ensure the inside the field aspect of the project is upheld at all times
- Assist the TD and Head Coaches at the training sessions.
- Assist setting up and taking down all branding material on the field prior and at the end of each day.
- Assisting setting up and taking down the training area before and after sessions.
- Interact with staff, parents, and players in a helpful and respectful manner
- Follow the behaviour guideline on the field.
- Reporting to Camp Director and Real Madrid Technical Director.
COMPENSATION:
- Working hours: Schedule from 7:30am to 3pm from Monday to Friday.
- Salary for the week.
- Lunch covered and provided every day at the event.
- Real Madrid Foundation Uniform Kit.
A training will be provided to the final candidate, as well as a manual and help to meet all the requirements stated above (*).
