Bilingual Intensive Care Manager - Human Trafficking Services - Northern NJ Region

Title: Bilingual (Spanish) Intensive Care Manager – Dream Free Program (Full Time)

(human trafficking services – youth)

Purpose: To provide coordinated, trauma-informed, holistic direct services to individuals of all races, nationalities, cultures, spiritual practices, abilities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender role.

Duties:

· Responsible for intake assessment, development, and implementation of case plan based and ongoing care management services

· Responsible for appropriate system linkages and referrals to support case plan

· Responsible for monitoring and tracking service utilization.

· Responsible for evaluation of services and outcome measures

· Responsible for providing direct client services including but not limited to case management, counseling, advocacy, and group facilitation

· Responsible for crisis responses

· Responsible to assist in providing training to other social services organizations and the community

· Responsible for the collection and maintenance of client records and service data

· Responsible for other duties as assigned by the Program’s Team Lead and Director

Accountability: The Intensive Care Manager is responsible to the Program’s Team Lead and Director, and the

client population for the timely, professional, and effective performance of all job duties.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field, or three years of related field experience and transferable skills

· Experience in working individually with the client population or experience with a similar population that is transferable

· Experience in direct client service delivery, and in working with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds

· Grounded in anti-oppressive practice

· Honors the value of working in diverse teams

· Ability to provide responsive communication

· Ability to speak, read and write a second language, Spanish preferred

· Ability to network and advocate within and outside the Agency on behalf of the client population

· Willingness to utilize, share and/or develop technology skills

· Valid New Jersey driver’s license and insurability through AVANZAR’s insurance carrier

Salary - $49,000 - $53,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
