Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Durango, Colorado, United States . The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and IT assistance to end users. This role requires someone with strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide on-site and remote desktop support for users, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.
- Ensure the deployment of operating systems, updates , and software packages
- Work with the IT team to resolve and escalate issues as needed.
