What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Representative position at AVAT Construction & Development?

ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are looking for dedicated and experienced Nationwide Sales Representative to oversee tire sales operations in USA. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the tire industry.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the country.
Conduct market analysis and prepare comprehensive reports on the latest market trends, including major competitors' information.
Cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Propose efficiency improvement suggestions on the current distribution channel to enhance overall sales performance.
Collaborate with the technical team to identify customer demands through regular customer visits and feedback collection and propose product development or upgrade plans accordingly.

HERE WITH YOU ARE A PERFECT MATCH

3 years of proven working experience in the Tire industry with a territory tire sales background (Pirelli, Hankook, Cooper or Kumho sales experience is preferred)

Experience working with fleets and dealers, with a proven track record in generating new business leads

Proficiency in local tire distribution channel and fleet market

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education experience with proficiency in business computer skills

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, as required

Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented

Ability to adapt to changing environments and desire to continually improve processes
