Estate Planning Legal Assistant – Full-Time | Up to $55K Annually

With a team of 40 attorneys and a growing Trust, Estate, and Guardianship practice, this Manchester-based firm provides meaningful work in estate planning, probate litigation, elder law, and Medicaid planning.

Key Responsibilities :
Open and close files and conduct conflict checks.
Manage case databases and status trackers.
Calendar court dates and deadlines.
Finalize estate planning binders for clients.
Assist in preparing court filings.
Handle filing of pleadings with Probate Court (paper and electronic).
Draft correspondence to clients, interested parties, and the Court.
Prepare files for attorney meetings.
Process incoming and outgoing mail correspondence.
Schedule appointments and meetings for attorneys.
Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients.
What You’ll Bring :
2-3 years of experience in trusts, estates, or related fields.
A strong focus on accuracy in all tasks.
Professional phone and email communication with clients.
Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe.
Experience scanning and maintaining electronic files.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure.
Exceptional attention to detail in written documents.
