What You’ll Do :
Open and close client files and perform conflict checks.
Draft legal correspondence for clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Manage paper and electronic files using document management software.
Schedule appointments, court dates, and deadlines.
File pleadings with state courts, both in hard copy and electronically.
Communicate professionally by phone and email with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
What You’ll Bring :
1–3 years in a law firm or office environment.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, Centerbase, and NetDocuments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
