As a Records Clerk, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely handling of medical records and billing requests, supporting the legal team in delivering top-tier representation for clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple requests, and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced legal setting.

What You’ll Do

Process and log incoming medical records and billing requests.

Verify request details, including correct facilities, dates of service, and required documents.

Submit requests to appropriate facilities and ensure timely follow-up.

Track request status, make required payments, and maintain clear documentation.

Notify requestors upon receipt of records and ensure proper file storage.

Maintain department workflows to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
