Civil Legal Operations Associate Wanted
Avata Partners, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Civil Legal Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Marin County. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our attorneys and clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation, with a preference for insurance defense and/or insurance subrogation. You should be highly organized, dependable, and proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing support to our attorneys and clients
- Assisting in the preparation of pleadings, motions, and demands
- Court calendaring deadlines and case management
Requirements:
- Experience in civil litigation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
