A prominent law firm (AMLAW 100), renowned for its innovative legal solutions for its clients worldwide, seeks a dynamic individual to join its Office of General Counsel as a Litigation Paralegal.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze documents for production or transfer, including privilege and relevance assessments, and conduct electronic redactions as necessary.
- Perform manual and electronic searches using various platforms and databases.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and implementing document collection and review.
- Manage subpoena responses and prepare quality-checked productions.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize project outcomes.
- Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Proficiencies:
- Advanced knowledge of e-Discovery software such as Relativity, Concordance, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- At least 3 years of legal support experience including document review and e-Discovery principles.
- At least 2 years of Paralegal experience.
