Job Title: Branch Manager - Pest Control

Location: Clermont, FL

Schedule: Full-Time | 5-6 days per week

Pay Rate : $75,000 - $85,000 / yr (depending on experience) bonus

We are looking for motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our growing team! In this extremely fast paced and diverse role, you will be responsible for managing the service team and service specialists, overseeing the day-to-day operations and logistics, and tracking team metrics and performance.

As Branch Manager, you will:

• Work alongside current branch leadership to oversee the overall growth and quality of the branch
• Use your organizational leadership expertise to manage Profit and Loss statements and strategically invest in growth with balancing expense margins
• Manage service team employees, overseeing training and development, and on-time scheduling & routing logistics
• Provide leadership and strategic focus through motivation and holding sales and service teams accountable for daily activities and achieving results
• Manage customer retention through development of a motivated team dedicated to Customer Service and Retention
• Track success on collections, new revenue generation, and other KPI's of the branch
• Mentor and develop team members through field evaluations, and coaching and training opportunities
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
• Exercise your high level of recognizing and developing talent, when recruiting, selecting and training, all sales, service and customer service staff
• Ensure the quality of service to our customers remains unmatched

Qualifications:

• Must be a Certified Pest Control Operator in Florida
• Must have >5yrs pest control experience
• 5 yrs of management experience
• Experience leading and managing a successful growing team
• Focus on winning and driven to be the best
• Persistence, discipline and drive to conquer HIGH GROWTH objectives
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Must be able to export data into excel and analyze into actionable metrics
• Familiarity with CRM systems OR able to learn and become proficient in new programs quickly
• Experience managing route based service environment
• Sales experience
• Dynamic: You are comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Interpersonal Skills: You are charismatic, have excellent communication skills, and can connect with others easily while building value in company services
• Work Ethic: You are persistent, disciplined, and have a reliable work ethic
• Prior management experience is a must!

What to Expect:

• You will lead a growing team of pest control technicians and oversee their day-to-day operations and performance.
• You will ensure all procedure and protocols are followed, and use our CRM systems to identify performance metrics of the team (FieldRoutes, PestRoutes)
• You will receive weekly mentoring from senior leadership to support you in developing your skills and achieving your personal goals
