Position Overview
You will be responsible for both maintaining current client relationships and growing them through cross/up sales. You will also be responsible for onboarding new clients into the system.
Responsibilities:
- Execute on cross sales opportunities within current client base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
- Act as the project manager for clients, ensuring project needs are documented, measured and achieved
- Oversee and manage client software onboarding and implementation projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely and effective support/solutions
- Assist in support services
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Elite communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in client success management, project management and technical support within a SaaS environment
- Intermediate skills in Google Suite or Microsoft Office suite
- Strong understanding of SaaS products
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering software solutions
- Base salary of $55,000
