Position Overview
You will be responsible for both maintaining current client relationships and growing them through cross/up sales. You will also be responsible for onboarding new clients into the system.

Responsibilities:

• Execute on cross sales opportunities within current client base
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
• Act as the project manager for clients, ensuring project needs are documented, measured and achieved
• Oversee and manage client software onboarding and implementation projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely and effective support/solutions
• Assist in support services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Elite communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in client success management, project management and technical support within a SaaS environment
• Intermediate skills in Google Suite or Microsoft Office suite
• Strong understanding of SaaS products
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering software solutions

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $55,000
• Full health care package available - $0 out of pocket premium
