We are seeking a dynamic Mid-Market Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with mid-sized enterprises. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs, demonstrating our AI-powered solutions, and closing deals that drive business success. This is a high-impact role offering uncapped earnings potential and significant career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for mid-market accounts (typically companies with Fortune 600 to 2000 companies).
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demos, present business cases, and address objections to drive successful deal closures.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and AI technology advancements to effectively position our solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of success in mid-market sales. Especially selling Saas products.
  • Strong understanding of AI Products, and automation technologies is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage a consultative sales process, from discovery to close.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential with a salary range starting from 110k-130k base with 50% commission as an OTE.
