What You Will Do :
As Director of Supply Chain Analytics within the Data & Analytics Platform, you will lead the Supply Chain Analytics domain across the North America Zone by driving adoption of the L’Oréal Beauty Tech Data Platform (BTDP), delivering data and analytics solutions, developing IT talents, managing partnerships across North America, métiers, and Global Supply Chain Data Domain and IT teams, while facilitating the future vision for Supply Chain & Operations domain.
The role manages the internal and external tech talents and resources working on Supply Chain Analytics within the North America zone. As a people manager, you will lead, mentor, and develop team members in your charge, facilitating collaboration, innovation, and excellence while providing opportunities for growth and development within the team.
As a key contributor to both Global and Zone strategy for this domain, you will need to be a knowledgeable communicator of Supply Chain Analytics topics across the areas of S&OP, MSC, Fulfillment, and OCS. Leveraging experience in Data & Analytics, Transformation, and Change Management, you will also play a key role in an ongoing company-wide Data Transformation program. This role requires a strong technical understanding of Data & Analytics technologies and guides the technical and business teams toward high quality and performance solutions.
This role also plays a key role in relationship management with various partners. At a local level, you will collaborate with Data & Analytics peers and business product owner(s), regionally build partnerships with North America teams, and globally link with central functions such as Global Data Domains, Chief Data & Analytics Office, and Data Factory Team.
- Identify, challenge, and prioritize business needs in collaboration with business product owner.
- Ensure the supply chain analytics platform meets the strategic objectives of supply chain business.
- Define the product(s)’ standards of architecture design, development, and management.
- Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and architecture design.
- Supervise internal talents, development teams, master application code, and provide guidelines / best practices in respect for the principles of architecture and urbanization.
- Communicate with stakeholders, elaborate, and report regular global status on projects and support activities.
- Participate in review meetings and steering committees.
- Be aware of new IT innovations and development best practices to advise the community on strategy.
- Deliver analytical solutions across the Zone.
- Deliver BTDP Shared Domain Data Sets in delegation / collaboration with Global data domains.
- Be the subject matter expert to the engineering, quality, and run team.
- Facilitate build and run issue resolution and communication by supporting service delivery and technical teams to minimize impact and accelerate resolution.
