What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Engineer, Integrations position at Avature?
Using software integrations to connect with third-party systems and offer a seamless user experience is a key aspect of our product. The Integrations Services team is responsible for analyzing, designing, and documenting every integration, as well as developing, maintaining, and testing them.Quality Assurance Engineers in this team perform technical and functional analysis of the way our platform exchanges information with third party software and help develop a technical design to satisfy our customers’ needs. They also actively monitor the health of deployed integrations to tackle issues before they affect our customers.
Your challenges and objectives :
- Participate in functional requirements and technical design discussions to plan for test development and provide meaningful feedback.
- Obtain thorough knowledge of our complex and highly configurable platform.
- Work hand-in-hand with customer-facing teams, understanding their different needs.
- Deliver a high quality product.
- Act as a promoter of QA culture.
