What You Will Do
- Evaluate and translate business requirements into comprehensive technical strategies, ensuring alignment with IT aspects such as business, information, and technology.
- Lead the design and architecture of ERP solutions, creating detailed recommendations, roadmaps, and performance analyses for optimal results.
- Coordinate and manage project activities across multiple workstreams, providing technical leadership and clear communication with teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Document client-user stories, technical constraints, and requirements, while developing detailed component specifications and advocating for best practices.
- Produce test plans, develop proofs of concept to validate solutions, and identify project risks, presenting effective alternatives to resolve issues.
- Research and stay ahead of new technologies and solutions, sharing insights and best practices within the company to drive continuous innovation.

For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000 - $120,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
