Ave Maria CCH, Inc (Our Lady of the Meadows) seeks a dedicated nursing assistant with a strong desire to work within a community of seniors. Be part of a team where you can make a difference, all while enjoying the quality of life Vermont provides.
- Provide Person Centered personal care to our seniors to include: bathing, dressing, toileting and assistance with transferring.
- Taking the initiative to engage with our seniors, identify strengths and abilities and foster independence.
- Ensure our seniors are safe by following the plan of care for each resident under the supervision of the registered nurses.
- Working as a dedicated team member in making a positive impact for those we care for.
Experience with the progressive stages of memory loss preferred, but not required.
