Exemption: Non-Exempt, Part-time (14- 20 hrs. per week, year-round)

It is a place where you will feel good about devoting your time and talents. We are seeking a part-time Registrar Coordinator to join our team in the Administration Building.
Role Overview:
The Registrar Coordinator at Ave Maria School of Law will be a support person across multiple operations of the Registrar’s Office, including testing administration, registration period preparation, mailings, and filing. The position plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and privacy of the Registrar’s Office.
Responsibilities:
- Support exam administration for the law school, including quizzes, practice tests, mid-term, and final exam coordination. Duties include printing exam materials pre and post exam, and collating exams to provide to faculty following their exams.
- Assign and reserve rooms for exams, including disability accommodations. Coordinate with the Registrar who creates midterm and final exam schedules.
- Main proctor during midterm and final exam periods and practice tests outside of the exam periods
- Work with the IT team to assign anonymous IDs for testing needs.
- Work with the LAWR team and IT team to establish a schedule for sending reminders for all semester assignments including anonymous IDs
- Registration processes support to include assisting with updating registration schedules and booking classrooms.
- Administrative duties include graduate mailings, managing the filing room, and binder collation.
- Manage document request portal.
- Monitor Registrar’s Department Inbox
- Complete education verification requests
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Compensation:
· $20 per hour
