What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator position at Ave Medical Laser Spa?
We are looking for someone with great customer service, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We operate in a strong team environment - must work well with others and be able to pick up new tasks quickly.
Requirements for this job include, but are not limited to :
- Scheduling patients for services / procedures
- Welcoming and preparing patients for procedures
- Insuring consistent procedure room preparation and availability
- Completing and updating patient files daily
- Finalizing payment transactions for procedures and products
- Working with inventory and shipment of products
- Assisting Doctors and Nurses in some procedures as necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
