Job Description:
We are looking for an Experienced Shipping Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with shipping companies and possess a strong understanding of the shipping process. You will be responsible for managing shipments, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring that all packages are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Manage daily shipping operations, including packing, labeling, and shipping packages.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
- Coordinate with various shipping companies to arrange pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
- Proven experience working with shipping companies.
- Strong knowledge of shipping processes and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using shipping software and computer systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or a related field are a plus.
