We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team at Social Oak, Wine & Whiskey Lounge . You will play a vital role in our kitchen, ensuring the delivery of top-quality food and maintaining a high level of culinary standards.

This is for evening shift. We open at 4pm daily

Responsibilities :

Food Preparation : Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes, ensuring the use of fresh ingredients, proper techniques, and adherence to recipes.

Quality Assurance : Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste, consistently striving for excellence in every dish.

Inventory Management : Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.

Kitchen Hygiene : Enforce strict sanitation and safety standards, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Compliance : Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and preparation guidelines.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Cook preferred.

Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.

Leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable transportation.

Food safety certification is desirable.
