Established in North Carolina, this mid-sized law firm offers a blend of experienced legal minds and personalized attention. Their team tackles a wide range of legal issues, from family law to business litigation, ensuring clients receive effective representation across their needs.

Our client represents businesses in a variety of commercial legal matters and is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to assist with cases in Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, Equipment Leasing & Finance Litigation, and Creditor Rights (both Bankruptcy and general). This position will be based in Raleigh, NC .

The right candidate will have :

  • 3 years of experience in related practice areas
  • Private litigation experience with business acumen
  • NC Bar license in good standing
  • Excellent legal analysis, writing, courtroom, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities
  • Self-motivation and a drive to build their practice

A plus :

  • 2-4 years of litigation experience across various courts
  • Preference for in-office work environment
  • Dual bar licensure in NC and surrounding states (SC & VA)
