A highly respected and innovative law firm with a national presence seeks a driven and talented Real Estate Attorney to join their growing Greenville, SC office. Responsibilities :

  • Manage a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Draft and review legal documents, such as purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and title opinions.
  • Conduct due diligence and analyze title reports.
  • Negotiate transaction terms and represent clients in closings.
  • Advise clients on real estate law matters.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services.
  • Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in real estate law (more experience preferred for higher compensation).
  • Strong understanding of real estate principles and practices.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
