Responsibilities and Goals
- Enrollment Management: Ensure enrollment goals are met for each class start date.
- Campus Tours: Lead prospective students on school tours and assist with the application process.
- Communication: Maintain consistent phone, email, text, and social media contact with prospective students.
- Database Management: Accurately update the CRM database with required notes.
- Financial Aid Collaboration: Partner with the Financial Aid Team to complete the service cycle within two weeks.
- Student Engagement: Keep enrolled students motivated between application and start date.
- Accountability Reporting: Present weekly goal outcomes at accountability meetings.
- Community Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with local high schools and salons.
- Recruitment Events: Travel to career fairs and high schools to lead recruitment booths; prepare support materials and manage event setup and breakdown.
- Professional Development: Attend advanced training sessions.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience
- Sales Experience: Minimum of two years of successful sales experience required.
- Sales Cycle Knowledge: Understanding of the sales cycle is essential.
- Availability: Must be able to work full-time with open availability, including some nights and weekends.
- Campus Flexibility: Ability to work at both Portland and Vancouver campuses as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds; travel to various events is required.
