Responsibilities:
- Creating a comfortable relaxing unparalleled experience for our service & retail guests
- Working with students and embracing the culture and mission of AVEDA
- Providing students a true salon/spa life experience
- Offering students the knowledge to be successful in the salon/spa with retail products and at home care to recreate the look at home
- Providing AVEDA services and rituals that are expected from our brand
- Working in a culture that is nurturing and rewarding with opportunities for growth
Requirements:
- Salon/Spa knowledge, interest or experience
- Ability to work in dynamic team environment
- Someone who doesn't know everything!
- Wants to learn and grow in the beauty industry
- Fun, outgoing and personable
- Enjoys working with people in a high touch culture
- Self-motivated
- Able to educate students on professionalism and lead by example
- Occasionally be able to lift 30 pounds
